Then to get started you will need

• 2 page application form completed and signed.

• $495.00 application fee paid by Credit card or eft to a bank account to cover costs of searches, preperation and verification the deal.

You will need to supply the following

• Photo Identification

• Drivers Licence

• Medicare card

• Credit Cards

• Current security property rates notice so we see the Lot and DP number of your property for title searches.

• Current up to date Mortgage Loan Statement showing current Balance

• Your exit strategy (how you will be paying back the loan, for example unconditional sale of property, refinance, stock sales, whatever the exit strategy is it must be in place)

• Your solicitors details

• Name

• Firm

• Address

• Phone

 

There will be a "Loan Balance Form" attached to the letter of offer for you.

YOU WILL need to go to your bank and complete a “Loan Balance Form” 

we need this to verify you do not have overdraft sor crossed securities to the loan balance

 

Once completely approved and ready for payment, Funds can be transferred same day by telegraphic transfer IF the process is complete by 2:30 pm cut off time. otherwise its the next day
